y88i Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using the Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing y88i at y88i.win, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all use of the y88i platform including the website, mobile browser version and the y88i app.

Your acceptance of these terms is ongoing — meaning that each time you log in to your y88i account, place a bet or use a casino game, you are reaffirming your agreement to be bound by the version of these terms that was current at that time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

If you are accessing y88i on behalf of another person or using a device owned by someone else, you remain personally responsible for compliance with these terms. Shared device access does not affect individual account obligations.

02 Eligibility & Registration

You must meet all of the following requirements to register and maintain an account at y88i:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y88i operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing y88i for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that covers online gaming and betting.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration — full name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested.
• Each person is permitted to hold only one active y88i account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Responsibility

Your y88i account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account.

You must not share your account login with any other person, allow any other person to use your account or use anyone else's account. All activity conducted from your account — including bets placed, deposits made and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.

You must keep your registered contact details up to date. Notifications about account activity, withdrawals and security events are sent to your registered email and phone number.

04 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions at y88i are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and other approved mobile wallets.

By making a deposit to your y88i account, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited belong to you and are from a legitimate source.
• You are not using funds that are subject to any criminal investigation, court order or restriction.
• The payment method used is registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method used. These limits are displayed within the deposit section of your y88i account. y88i does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside y88i's control.

Deposits are credited to your y88i balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In the event of a delayed deposit, contact support with the transaction reference and timestamp for investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your y88i account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements and any applicable wagering conditions.

Key conditions for withdrawals include:

• Your account must be fully verified before large withdrawals can be processed. Verification requires valid identity documentation.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering conditions are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are dispatched the same day for requests submitted during standard processing hours.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

y88i offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload offers and event-specific promotions tied to PSL season, T20 tournaments and other major sporting and casino events. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all y88i promotions:

• All bonuses are for personal use only. Claiming a bonus on behalf of another person, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion details.
• y88i reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposits. Real money is used first when placing bets; bonus funds are applied according to the conditions of the relevant promotion.
• If y88i determines that bonus abuse has occurred — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

07 Sports Betting Rules

y88i offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, football, tennis, Esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. y88i does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted, except in circumstances where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, y88i will apply standard industry settlement rules for the affected markets. Specific settlement rules for each sport are available within the betting section.
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delay due to data processing. This is standard practice and applies equally to all players. y88i reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time if data integrity cannot be guaranteed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per player. These limits may vary based on the sport, market type and account activity history. Limits are visible in the betting slip before placement.
• y88i reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious error in odds has occurred, where the integrity of the event has been compromised, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into one stake. All legs must win for an accumulator to pay out. One void leg in an accumulator will reduce the accumulator accordingly per standard industry rules.

PSL and international cricket markets receive the most extensive coverage at y88i. Players are responsible for verifying team news, match status and any official announcements before placing bets, as y88i does not guarantee the availability of any specific market up to match start time.

08 Casino & Games

All casino games available at y88i — including slots, live casino, table games and jackpot titles — are provided by third-party game studios. These games operate using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for software games, and real physical dealing for live dealer titles.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published and represent the statistical long-term return across a very large number of rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee any individual player outcome within any single session.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault occurs during a casino game, y88i will investigate and may void the affected round. Any bet amounts involved in a void round are returned to the player's balance.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y88i platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in creating duplicate accounts.
• Using the platform for any money laundering purpose or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or betting market.

10 Responsible Gaming

• The account holder has not completed required identity verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without a balance, as defined in y88i's dormant account policy.
• y88i is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a lawful order from a competent authority.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the y88i support team. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to identity verification and any outstanding wagering requirement obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms and a balance is forfeited as a result, y88i will provide an explanation to the affected player and details of the review process if applicable.

12 Limitation of Liability

y88i provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y88i's liability to any player is limited to the amount of verified real-money funds held in their account at the time a claim arises. y88i is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or expected earnings beyond the verified account balance.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these terms.
• Losses or damages resulting from events outside y88i's reasonable control including internet outages, payment provider failures or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

13 Changes to These Terms

y88i reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and registered players will be notified via their registered email address.

Continued use of the y88i platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be made without direct player notification, though the Last Updated date will always reflect the most recent edit.
